John Callender, founder of GreenSkye, has over thirty years of experience in leading change in manufacturing, retail and distribution businesses, such as Paragon Communications, Tesco, Home Retail Group, Karcher, Ikea, Headlam Group and AP Taylor. He has also undertaken assignments for Egremont Group and SCALA consultancies in UK and USA. As Business Development Director at EcoFocus, he helped businesses to save money and reduce CO2 emissions by adopting energy saving technologies.
John saw the unique opportunity created by the rapid change in consumer shopping habits and retailing practises; to save money, improve brand perception and reduce the impact on the environment and society.
He brings his wealth of experience in end-to-end supply chain, commercial buying and selling, services/equipment/consumables procurement, category management, business process review, cross functional project management, coaching and collaborative leadership. He has trained in the Circular Economy at Delft University and in Sustainable Procurement at the Green Business Centre. He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Logistics and Transport, a Prince 2 Practitioner Certified Future-Fit Professional.
John has an extensive network of contacts in supply chain, consumer services support, asset recovery, repairs processing, specialist software companies and energy saving technologies. His wife, Louise Impey, is also a Director of the business and undertakes PR consultancy and technical writing in regenerative agriculture.
He also acts as Board Adviser to SME businesses in relevant sectors.

Muryel Boulay joined GreenSkye in 2021.
She describes herself as a sustaineer. A practical solution finder who helps businesses to establish CSR principles and enable external validation through CSR and/or B Corp Accreditation. She can support across markets, given her language skills in English, French and Spanish.
She has led change in United Biscuits, Premier Foods and Velcro Companies.
She has an MSc degree in Food Science, a CISL certificate in Sustainability Management and has had training in CSR Accreditation, B Leader and Future-Fit Business Benchmark.
